Rawla Jojawar, a heritage hotel situated at the foothills of the Aravalli Range, offers a panoramic view of the reserved game sanctuary. It is the perfect destination for a vacationer looking for the old world charm of the princely fiefdoms of yesteryear. Rawla Jojawar is a principality situated in Pali District and is 140 kms from Jodhpur. It is a sprawling Rawla, the abode of the royal family. Rawla Jojawar is 15 kms from from the main highway (Jaipur/Udaipur Highway- NH 8).
Set amidst the Aravalli hills, this little garrison fort was once a major principality of the Royal house of Marwar. Bestowed with the title of Rao, the nobles looked after this little fiefdom for about two centuries after its construction in the 18th century.
Known by the name of Rawla Jojawar the fort is now converted into a heritage hotel. The two young sons of the present Rao and Rani Sahiba Maharaj Singh ji, Nagendra and Amitvikram singh respectively, are looking after the hotel in the Rawla, recently restored into its old world splendor.
